The terms frame houses and modular houses are confused, and often the definition of summer houses is intertwined. So how do you segment all of this and make it stand out? Which house am I looking for then?

Modular houses they are becoming more and more popular, their advantage is the short construction time on the plot: usually it does not exceed a few days. All thanks to the use of ready-made elements and making their connection independent of weather conditions. Ready modular houses consist of specific components that must be connected together on specially prepared foundations at the construction site. In the vast majority, these fragments are prepared in the factory, where the construction of houses and finishing elements are created. Manufacturers of modular houses have ready-made house designs in their catalogues. Most often they are from a few to a dozen proposals of one-story and two-story houses with sloping roofs and unusable attics.
