Why should you choose frame technology?

Wood, as a construction material, is experiencing a renaissance and is becoming a symbol of modern and sustainable construction. Due to its relatively low weight, it can be easily transported and processed, which significantly speeds up the entire construction process. In addition, it has natural insulating properties, retains heat inside the building and thus contributes to lower heating bills.

No hidden costs

When you build with us, you know the final price of your investment at the contract stage, as well as the estimated amount of variable costs that we cannot accurately estimate at the contract stage (excavator operating time, aggregate). The amount specified in the contract will not change due to changes in the prices of individual materials. In addition, each customer is assigned a dedicated account manager who will guide them through the entire construction process and report on the progress of individual works on an ongoing basis.

Covering and finishing of the knee wall with galvanized standing seam sheet metal, i.e., the elements most exposed to weather conditions. Installation of a sheet metal band around the foundation.
