Are our houses ecological?
The houses manufactured by Timber Moon are year-round and designed for high comfort of use. They are durable, have excellent insulation and resistance to external conditions. What distinguishes us is the speed of order processing! Within just a few months of placing your order, you can enjoy your finished home.
The buildings we construct are extremely energy-efficient and their maintenance costs are negligible. We build our houses from eco-friendly materials with high technical parameters. The structure of the house has been designed with a large margin of strength and is made of the highest quality certified wood from Scandinavia. The walls consist of eight layers of different materials and have a total thickness of 30 or 35 cm.
Thanks to specially developed interiors and materials used, our houses have health-promoting properties and help restore psychophysical balance. Scientific studies show that staying inside wooden houses prolongs life! They knew that trees have a beneficial effect on our body in ancient times. No hidden costs
When building with us at the contract stage, you know the final price of your investment, as well as the estimated amount of variable costs, which we cannot accurately estimate at the contract stage (excavator working time, aggregate). After talking to the client, we already know what models of houses can be built on the plot. Approaching each of them individually, we choose the layout of the rooms together, determine additional amenities and color variants. We will do our best to ensure that the Timber house meets your expectations.

TRANSPORT
We build throughout Poland, also in foothill areas and on plots with difficult access. Our specialists make every effort to ensure that the construction proceeds according to the originally agreed schedule, and that each transport and delivery of material reaches its destination on the agreed date.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are we building all over Poland?
Yes, we build houses all over the country. Due to the solutions used, we can build even in foothill areas and on plots with more difficult access. Location is not a problem for us.
Are wooden houses as durable as brick ones?
Our experience and knowledge allow us to use advanced techniques, impregnations and materials that increase the resistance of wood to weather conditions and pests. Frame houses, due to the properties of wood and its greater flexibility, are resistant to micro-shocks and strong winds, thanks to their natural ability to absorb and dissipate energy.
Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń (PZU) safely insures this type of buildings for 75 years, but if we take proper care of the house, we can pass it on to the next generation, as is the case in Scandinavia.
Can I outsource the entire construction process and formalities?
We deal with the construction of houses fully comprehensively. All it takes is one signature and we will carry out the entire official process on your behalf (building permit, application), make a foundation, build a house to a developer’s state, or finish a turnkey house.
How can I get a quote?
There are several possibilities. The first one is a phone call, our specialist can prepare a detailed calculation based on a short conversation, you can also write us an e-mail in which you describe what model you are interested in, what stage we are to bring the construction to and where the investment will be located. Based on this data, our advisor will send you a quote within 2-3 days. You can also visit our show house, which we encourage you to do. During the meeting, we will introduce our technology, present an offer, answer any questions and make a calculation.
What are the current deadlines, how long does it take to build a house?
Construction begins about 8 months after signing the contract, while during this time, we or the client process the necessary documents (building permit, notification) on our own. The construction of a frame house to the developer’s state takes from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the model and finishes chosen.
Where can I see your projects?
We cordially invite you to Brzezie, 122 Narodowa Street, Zabierzów Commune – Timber Moon 54 model. We are on site from Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 16.00. Every 2-3 weeks we also organize Open Days on larger buildings. We always post information about such an event on our social media in advance.
Do we make the foundation?
Yes, we can make a foundation, both a warm foundation slab and foundation piles. It all depends on the results of geological surveys and terrain. Of course, the customer can make the foundation on their own.
Do you make houses according to individual designs?
We build houses exclusively on the basis of our own designs. We offer basic models of frame houses, in which the customer can make changes, i.e. e.g. the color of the façade, room separation, additional elements – windows, etc.
Do we build abroad?
Currently, we are building only in Polish, in the future we plan to expand our operations beyond the borders of the country.
Are Timber Moon homes year-round?
Timber Moon frame houses are multi-season buildings that can be used all year round, regardless of weather conditions. Our houses meet all standards of residential construction.
Do you implement turnkey houses?
Yes, you can order a ready-made turnkey house from us. We also offer indirect options for finishing the house – e.g. ready to be furnished, etc. Once you sign the contract, our design department will take care of the entire process and create an interior that meets all your expectations.
Do you allow changes in the designs?
Yes, we allow minor changes to our standard designs. All modifications are discussed and accepted by the builder and the architectural team.
Can you make a garage, gazebo, sauna, etc.?
Yes, our company makes the mentioned elements of small architecture. We build them in accordance with the adopted style of a modern barn.
