Each modular house is designed with a significant structural reserve, and for its construction, we use the highest quality, certified, and most ecological materials possible.

For the construction of our timber frame houses, we use STEICO wood fiber insulation or ROCKWOOL stone wool instead of polystyrene. Although the thermal conductivity coefficient λ (lambda) of polystyrene and wood fiber insulation does not differ significantly, their specific heat does. It is precisely the specific heat accumulated in the walls that determines the thermal comfort in the house.
